A Couple of Swap Ideas

These are just a few ideas that I thought of when we were talking about a swap site for DoD.

  • Scrumble Swap--everyone starts a scrumble then sends it to the next person on the list who adds to it and sends it down the line until the starter receives it back.

  • Original Design Swap--make and swap something of your own design.

  • Tote Swap--specify the size range of the tote. This would work well for several swaps.

  • Felt Swap--can be felted items or feltable yarns. Again, would work well for several swaps.

  • Happy Scrappers--scrapbooking supplies, ready-for-photos pages, stickers, acid-free pens, stencils, scraps of yarn & ribbons, etc.

  • Cookie Swap--not sure if this would fly everywhere, but it could be fun to share your favorite cookies (accompanied by the recipe) with friends.

  • Tea Swap--good way to sample great teas before buying.

That's all I have for now, but I'm sure we could come up with more as we go along!
